It's like magic one minute you are there and the next your are not.
Letting ABS run unwatched is like giving a gun to a 5 year old. It's a government funded TV station not a private entity, and no it's not the BBC either. I'm not sure how Lovell will be able to run it or oversee it for that matter he's already got a full plate with financial matters. I've got enough to do just paying my bills.

Dr. Mansoor is selfish and he has not interest in bringing ABS Radio and TV to a competitive realm as the other companies. Please tell me, Mansoor gave laptops and ipads to teachers and students and did not flinched at updating his own department with the new technology that will enhance their capabilities in doing their jobs efficiently. Ask the Program managers for both stations if their department were upgraded. It is a total shame and I am so glad he is no longer there. I hope Lovell will sit with the members and ask them WHAT IS IT THEY NEED to make their job effeicient and rewarding. I personally know of persons working there for years are being overlooked time and time again. Lovell open your eyes.

I have seen this man taking communication from the people of Antigua and put it into foreign hands.from day one i see the conflict of having a minister in charge of telecoms yet working harder to help another foreign base company.It pains me so bad and its a shame my own people allow this.Man so shame

Dr. Mansoor remains in charge of Telecoms, Science and Technology all the PM did was take away Information and broadcasting ABS, GIS etc.

The New Years Day announcement was nothing short of a stripping down of Dr. Mansoor which has its genesis in his poor relations with the staff at ABS, the "settlement of the Digicel fat" in a single pot and his outburst in the Senate against the presenttion of the Customs Bill. The good doctor is been made to grovel as the only casualty in the reassignment and should do the honourable thing and resign before it gets worse.
I believe his demise was plotted by the minister of Finance and carried out by the PM who has been convinced that the machinery for the net elections should be controlled by the triumvirate of Spencer, Daniel and Lovell. Antiguans keep your eyes open and fixed on these from petty contracts to campaign finances. In the meantime, bye bye Dr. Mansoor you have become the victim of your own dustbin theory.
