Antigua St John's - Goals in each half from Josh Donaldson and Carlos Tittle spurred Inet Young Warriors to their first win of the 2011/2 season when they defeated Garden Stars 2-1 in the ABFA Second Division on Friday.

Donaldson rifled a shot from just inside the area into the roof of the net to give Warriors a 1-0 half-half advantage at the John Hughes field.

But Garden Stars rallied at the start of the second half to equalize through national youth team striker Jared Williams, who latched on to a through pass to beat the goalkeeper from close range.

However, Warriors rebounded and Tittle scored what turned out to be the winner 10 minutes later when he knocked in his third goal of the season with a shot from inside the box.

The win pushed Warriors onto five points from seven matches and they next play on December 2, away, against Pares at 4:15 pm.
