Agree with you 100%. It seems a life is worth $15000 in three easy payments of $5000. Truely ridiculous. And @Reality, it hasn't yet been declared a murder so stop jumping to conclusions, and NY the capital of the world? Oh how Americans and Americanized Antiguans are so arrogant.

Let me get this straight, Vishal Vakani killed someone and only received a fine and had his license suspended, while Darren Buckley, Jamie Tittle and Adin Colbourne all received jail time for larceny (plus the house breaki-in and drug possession charges)? There is something totally wrong with our justice system. How much is a life worth? This type of nonsense sends the wrong message. Absolute BS.

If this latest death is a murder, than Antigua will be beating New York City in murders per capita by 500% !!!

When has Antigua ever been able to best the capital of the world in anything, let alone murders, which was New York's claim to fame during the Reagan "Crack" years!!!
