well he tried to enter our home about 4am sunday he took a ladder and put it by the back bedroom window then at the kitchen window where he was been watched all that time and the police was called but thank u god he was not successful but i beleive he will be back .... I almost forgot the phenomenon of serial rapists. This one seems genuine but does anyone remember that shortly after the ALP lost power in 2004 there were a series of rapes and attempted rapes? Things were so bad that the cry went out about the UPP government not being able to control crime and WAR was founded with known ALP supporters in the lead organizing marches. Then word got out from medical circles that many of the so-called "victims" were refusing to be swabbed and go through the examination to determine whether a rape did take place. All of a sudden the rapist or rapists disappeared. It all happened so subtly that people forgot about it.

The Police can patol the area nightly but still it would be pure luck if they happen to be in the same place at the same time with the rapist. They do need evidence to capture this criminal so although it is difficult the victims need to watch the man. Look for scars, eyes, anything distinguising marks so that he can be identified. I am sure he lives in the community otherwise how would he know which women are alone.

They need to legalize tazers in antigua cause i want to get one so bad what if i meet up this dude and the best way for keeping him off u is by shocking him... It wouldn't kill him its not a gun it would leave him in a position and u would have the time to call the police to take him
