Adele Student Dies Suddenly

Police investigateAntigua St john's - A postmortem examination is to determine the cause of death of 14-year-old Nyne Tweed, a student at the Adele School for Special Needs Children who collapsed on Thursday.

Reports are that the teen collapsed while playing with fellow students at the government-subsided institution.

The sudden death, which occurred at 11:15 am on Thursday, caused the school to close on Friday.

Reports suggested that the Potters teen had a congenital heart defect. Police spokesman William Holder said the force would be following normal protocol in making sure that the death had natural causes.

Holder said the initial inspection of the body showed no marks of violence, and the case is being treated as an accidental death.
