Yes. David has brought him here to see how much more of Antigua we can give away or sell off. And there is no problem. Antiguans only become concerned if it's an African, Guyanese or Jamaican coming to Antigua. Chinese and Arabs are welcome. Bring on the sweet and sour and Shawarma.

Okay people, don't be upset when you see the planeloads of Chinese "tourists" coming to the island!

The article states, "Gouizhou Province is in the southwestern part of China, and is known for its peculiar natural scenery, remarkable national customs, history, culture, and a unique aboriginal unsophisticated landscape which attracts thousands of tourists annually." Okay, maybe we can learn something from them. I can see the daily non-stop flights to China! Who is kidding whom?

Cleave move Mr Amb. Lets Bring them here on tourist Visas! They can then stay and run the Stadium,Street Lights ,power stations,maybe even take over APUA,and our Ports..

He heard we were giving away the island and was sent to get it. You think we got Chinese now. STAR DATE: 2020, There will be more Chinese in Antigua than African slave descendants. 108 square miles of sun fun and military strategic distance from the US coast. I really wonder if our government has think this through.?

I wonder what was on the mind of Ambassador Shoul to bring the influx of the Chinese issue to the forefront.
As Ambassador to China we had the Sir Viv Stadium, the street lights project and many others, we just had a Chinese delegation here the other day where we sign the airport terminal deal, and the Chinese visit continues here comes Governor Meng.
Now i know Ambassador Shoul wouldn't want to rub the Chinese the wrong way, so with all this crap about "just covering myself" there is no way Ambassador Shoul and this Government is innocent to this massive Chinese population in Antigua and all the rights they have.
