Can you tell me why since the Chinese generators have come online we have been experiencing MORE power cuts than EVER??

Tonight alone we have had two power cuts and I suspect more are on the way.

The people of Antigua are now in Debt to the Chinese for 47 Million dollars and what do we have to show for that money? Increased power outages and rusting old generators that will be a financial burden to Antigua.

The person or persons responsible for the illegal purchase of these generators should be put on trial!!

The Geographical location alone should tell anyone that this is an issue that our region need not get involved in.Is it because they are friends of Venezuela? What will we be the benefit for us?
