LIME Announces Website And Address Changes

LIME LIME has announced that it will be changing its website from www.time4lime.com to www.lime.com to allow for easier recall and stronger brand promotion.

The new web address becomes effective on February 25, and will start appearing on all advertising and printed materials produced after this date.

Also, on the same date, all of the company’s corporate email addresses will change from the
hostname @time4lime.com to the new domain @lime.com.

All other aspects of LIME’s corporate email format will remain the same, and therefore the email
address for This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. will now simply become This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

The change only applies to emails for LIME’s members of staff. LIME’s external customer emails will not be affected.

To allow for a seamless transition, emails sent to a time4lime address will automatically be
forwarded to the recipient’s new address for the next 12 months. In addition, LIME’s website will remain available at www.time4lime.com for the same period.

LIME anticipates that the lime.com domain will be easier for both existing and potential customers to remember. It will also facilitate greater brand visibility and promote brand recognition.

i agree with you. I started off with digicel, and since i've swapped them for lime, i've seen everything youre saying. faster internet on your phone (free for smartphones) and full island coverage. i'm even willing to say that digicel have WORSE service than lime. I also like the random giveaways :P

from the time i left lime for digicel, i have regretted it. the customer service is about the same islandwide. no company is better or worse. Lime do have great coverage (better than digicel), and i think faster gprs too.
i've had it, and i'm going back to lime

LIME need to re-brand their customer service especially at their High Street branch, the level of customer service is far below that meted out at Kennedy's Rum Shop from the Rum Guys. These staff members are oh so "Grumpy" and "seems to put their personal grouses" on the customers who frequent the facility, hence the reason for the loss of customers to Digicel and APUA.

It's a burning shame!
